I found the perfect place to do squats at work... the wheelchair stall in the bathroom ;-). 50 down so far today. 50 more planned to do before I leave work this afternoon, then 55 more at the gym this evening.0

DOne...I missed three workouts and tripled up..I think that was not smart because I am still having so much soreness..should I have just started on the current day instead of doing three days in one day? I dont know?.. My Jeans feel loser instead of tighter..Is that strange.. I know that muscle is denser than fat..I wonder if I injured my self by doing so many squats..400 to be exact..lol0
