Hi everybody! I've been doing TAM workouts for a while now. I only started watching my diet until quite recently. I'm following the plan described in The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance. I've already lost 8 pounds doing some ART Method and Tracy workouts to complement my current diet I'm thinking of doing a mini-bootcamp with my continuity workouts. I have omni, glute and hip.

I had some work guests from out of town all week last week, and obviously I couldn't find much time to move, but tomorrow I'll be rockin' my continuity workout!

I was sick and I have a family member on hospice, so I've been getting in some activity here-and-there, but I haven't done TAM in about 2 weeks. I will start back this week. May do Level 3 once more than go to level 4.

Glad to hear you love Level 6... I really like Level 3 so it def gives me something to look forward to since Level 4 is not so enjoyable. I must accept there will be levels I like and others I won't, and remind myself when I'm in the later that the next one may be the best one yet!
