Hey there, not sure if this is a dead group or not but I began Omni Meta yesterday... VERY sore and I am excited to begin! I do have knee problems but I am going to switch off the dance cardio with the Treadmill dancing until my rebounder comes! :-) Yay!

I was wondering what the few active people on here were doing diet wise? Do you follow TA's plan? MFp's calorie reccs or do your own thing?

OMG level 7 is HARD!!!:sad: LOL I really liked the level but wow, although I can say that I am much stronger then I was at the begining. Level 2 I was not able to hold and do the plank moves (had to be on my knee) but now when ever there are plank moves I am able to get through it without modifying so YAY me LOl ALso Here…
