Did my 50 for day 1 and I've been making a point to push off with my heel instead of my toes on the stairs to sneak in a little extra glute work... yup, I'm feeling the burn!!0

Day one done 50. It was harder than I though it would be. My knee cracked every time. Still got them done. 30 days from now I will have a firm bottom and a bit more of stamina!
@TiraFit - My knees crack every time I bend or sit or stand so I had my Dr. check them out. He told me that unless I was in pain to not worry about it, and then we proceeded to have a contest to see whose knees popped the loudest. If you're concerned, have your Dr. check it out.0 -
Day 1 done in time, late to post. Actually completed more than 50 with my legs workout yesterday, feeling the burn today. Getting psyched up for day 2, 55 squats, before breakfast.0
