    9 pounds my first month! Makes me hopefull that I can really do this.

    Checking in for the last Friday of the month!

    I met my goal weight of 199! :) I got sick a little while back, so I was at 197, but I knew I'd probably gain back some of the weight I had lost. I'm just glad that I got my goal weight! Yay!

    6-12-2013: 197 ----was sick for several days prior to this weigh. My weight fluctuated like crazy when I got to feeling better. :s

    Total lost: 7.7 lbs

    Certainly not complaining! And I did much better at logging and tracking my water intake. Starting to make a habit of logging that too.

    Not my greatest month, but I'm kinda in the middle of resetting my metabolism as the trainer I'm working with has me eating almost double I was. I do trust her and It's hard seeing the scale go up, but I'm feeling healthier for it and know that in the long run I'l likely do better at this vs a super low calorie plan.
