I met my goal weight of 199!I got sick a little while back, so I was at 197, but I knew I'd probably gain back some of the weight I had lost. I'm just glad that I got my goal weight! Yay!

Not my greatest month, but I'm kinda in the middle of resetting my metabolism as the trainer I'm working with has me eating almost double I was. I do trust her and It's hard seeing the scale go up, but I'm feeling healthier for it and know that in the long run I'l likely do better at this vs a super low calorie plan.0
