for last weeks check in and fourth of July!

Sorry so late everyone! Having a kinda rough week.
Anyways how did last week go for everybody?
I lost about 3 lbs, lightly active ate a lot of peanut butter lol it's hard when you have like no food and you have to wait a week to go grocery shopping. But I did pretty good, as long as I'm not gaining back the weight I just lost. Couple things I want to cut down on : peanut butter, corn tortillas and oil, I won't be getting those this shopping trip. I also would like to cut down on my salt intake.

I didn't workout yesterday I had some last minute errands but got a good walk in.
And as for today happy fourth of July I plan to be drinking a few drinks of fireball and apple cherry juice. Now for eating, i will eat whatever I want in small portions. This might keep me motivated for the rest of the month. I plan to work this day off. I don't plan on recording it. Too much stuff to do! Have a happy fourth everyone!! Enjoy :)

    My fat loss has been slow, decided today to do smoothies with protein powder & fruit & water all day. Changing it up a bit.
