I was feeling ambitious and did the whole thing today. I'm sure when we have to add 30 day shred, I will have to do the quick ones but for today, time permitted so I did it. Feeling good and maybe I'm crazy but feel my stomach going down a little.0

I had a not so great eating day, so I decided to add circuit 2 to the mix to get some ab work in. Surprisingly, it makes the DVD easier for me. Having the ab circuit, while excruciating on my stomach, gives my shoulders and legs some time to rest before jumping into the horrors of Circuits 3 and (especially) 4
We are a third of the way into this challenge can you believe it??0
