I finished my first ever "official" race at 26:35. I have NEVER been a runner, and I can say without a doubt now I am hooked! This program completely changed my life. Good luck to all those who are just beginning - If I can become a runner, so can you!

    Thanks, all! It was definitely my fastest time since I had only ever run one in practice in around 30 mins... don't know that I could duplicate it, but hey... I did it! Thought I was going to either pass out or lose my breakfast a couple of times, though....
