I think the food restrictions mean that we are all eating more fat and carbs. What do you think?

Personally I only eat meat about 1 or 2 times a week.

I guess we just don't feel full otherwise. I even made pudding alst night with dinner and we never eat desserts!

It was Greek yogurt and cocoa, but still.

More carbs, probably but isn't meat high in fat? (Maybe I have a lot to learn)
    Thanks for the yogurt recipe.

I don't mean Meat meat. Sure, if you ate steak or chopped meat very often, you'd be bigger. I mean chicken - we eat a lot of chicken cutlets.

When I don't eat meat (which is often), I substitute with beans and quinoa for protein. Not too much of an issue.
