    I'll probably start tomorrow; sync it with calendar days is easier, and I'm terrible at waiting. :)

    I started on the 30.06.13 after having finished day 1 and 2 I am in bits today on day 3 (haven't done my workout today yet). I am in so much pain but hopefully that means that it is actually working.

    I am going to wait til the 15th. I am currently on the last week of insanity and thinking of taking a week's break before starting my next exercise DVD. I will be adding the 10 minutes to my body revolution.

    I would go for General circuit training. Maybe some other suggestions?

    I've tried first exercise (Tone Up). Ladies, be carefull with your knees especially if you are overweight. Your knees should never be over your toes - push your derriere back!
    Should we take pics of our (non)perky butts now? :wink:

    Completed the first workout! I don't like squats! I find it difficult to judge where to put my foot to make sure my knee doesn't go past my toes... I like bridges - I already do those often!
    1 down - 29 to go!

    Completed my first workout too. It was quite easy except for the Bulgarian split squats. Was having a bit of difficulty balancing. Looking forward to the next workout!
