I don't like to play indoors, gyms bug me although I'm still holding on to my membership, I've done CrossFit for about 6 weeks, but dropped out because it was too extreme for me and i was throwing money down the drain.
Any suggestions for someone who doesn't really like to exercise? I consider myself a newbie because I haven't committed to the lifestyle fully, only bits and pieces. Thanks:smile:

What physical activity do you like? If you like being outside, there are so many ways to get in exercise!

What about dancing? Do you like to dance? It's great exercise and there are a lot of exercise DVDs that are dance based. Or perhaps yoga? Outside there's so many fun ways to play like Frisbee, football, skating, tennis, basketball or volleyball. Just find something you like and move, and have some fun of course. :)

If you don't like being indoors go outside! Run, Cycle, Swim, Walk, Hike etc. I do bodyweight workouts on the feild opposite my house and little routines in the garden.

I love to dance and cycle, but leisurely, so I suppose I do like to play as long as I'm not calling it exercise:laugh: I've never gone on a hike, but am surrounded by mountains, so I may take advantage of what's right outside my door.

Thanks for the suggestions. Once I get my energy up and get through the yucky feeling phase, I'll get out and about!
