Hi all just wondering if any of you have a good recipe for low carb vanilla ice cream :smile:

    I found one at the grocery store yesterday. It's Breyers Carb Smart. Sweetened with Splenda, 4g sugar per bar. 9g carbs. They have fudge, almond, and vanilla. Haven't tried it yet, but they look tasty.
    I had to find something. Ice cream is my weakness.

    Thank you I have made this today with coconut milk and found it much better than other ice creams I have tried x. Must just add am here in the UK where we struggle for low carb choice wise x
