Good Morning. I was wondering if everyone has finished Insanity?

I finished yesterday. I still have to do my last fit test & official measurements. It feels so good to finish. I am going to do some lighter exercises for the next two weeks. Using my treadmill & kettlebells again.
Expecting my Chalean Extreme DVDs any day now. I have to purchase some adjustable weights to do the workouts as intended.
I really looked at myself this morning, my arms really looked more toned & defined. I really lost about 2.5 lbs but, I was not very strict with my diet. I had already hit my target loss before doing Insanity. Loss was not my true goal. I have better endurance & more strength.
My ultimate goal is more strength training workouts & need to incorporate weight lifting.
Best of Luck to all.0 -
After 8 more Insanity workouts I'll start doing Chalean Extreme, too.
Congratulations ladies!0 -
Congrats everyone! I completed all of Insanity, with the exception of the last fit test which I still have to do. Came down with a stomach flu and am still lacking energy. I'm pleased with my results, I lost 7 lbs. and quite a few inches. I'll take my official measurements after the fit test. Overall I'm really just happy that I did this, I feel like I can do any work out I want now and overall feel in much better health. I just bought rockin body so planning on starting that next week and then in to Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It was hard to decide what to do next!0

Completed Insanity on Schedule. Very proud of being able to stick to each workout on the day I was supposed to do them. Lost 22lbs and a few inches by sticking to the workouts and monitoring my diet/calories. Very happy with the results but also looking to stay fit so we restarted the program. Going back and doing the first week again was eye opening as to how different they are. I was hoping for a more intense workout and now find that the first month might be a little low level compared to what my body is used to. I am considering going back to the second month now or looking at another similar program. Does anyone have one they would recommend? Otherwise, I think this week I'll be on month two again to continue the work I've been doing to get healthy and stronger.
hope everyone has had similar success and are doing well with their continued workouts! I'm close to needing new clothes already since everything is baggier, but I want to lose more so don't want "transitionary" clothing.
Are people still using this group or has everyone else moved on back to the main forum?0 -
Congratulations on completing Insanity!
I haven't been reporting every day because I am still abroad and haven't been doing Insanity for 10 days. I have 7 workouts left but intend to repeat the last 2 weeks of Month 2 so I'll do a few more.
If you are looking for an alternative, maybe Asylum could be for you? Also, the new program by Shaun T, T25, is supposed to be intense but much shorter than the usual Insanity workouts.0 -
After seeing the replies about Chalean Extreme I decided to go ahead and order it. If any of you want to start a group for Chalean Extreme soon that would be great!0

I just tried Chalean Extreme today. Wow, what a difference. No jumping, no running, slow movements. I think I'll like this one.
But I do miss Shaun T, too (never thought I would say that).
When are you planning to start CLX, ladies?0 -
I started Chalean Extreme this week, I'm on the 4th day. It really is different, I almost don't feel like I'm working out, but today's was a little more intensity. I never thought I'd say I miss Shaun T or Insanity either! But I do like this one and feel like it's easier to get in.0

That's what I thought yesterday. No jumping? It's like I'm not working out. But today everything hurts. Ouch!0
