Starting Weights

So here it is... the dreaded weigh-in.

I will start. As of today 7-13-13 I weigh 162. When I joined MFP 1-1-2013 I weighed 194. Down 32 lbs so far.

I like to post mine in a small chart like this:

    When I joing MFP last week I was 13 Stone 2 (184lbs)
    My Starting Weight for this challenge is 13 Stone (182lbs)

    Heyyy everybody! I joined MFP about 5-6 weeks ago, and I'm joining groups to get more motivation, for those last 15 pounds! I still have more to go, but my goal is to be 160 by the time I get back to school, and then to continue on to maybe 140-150? The numbers don't mean much, I just want to look and feel my best!

    Okay, it is what it is what it is, my starting weight is 160. I've been up and down for the last few years and I need some motiviation and accountability, so here we go, starting July 13, 2013.

    I've fluctuated within the same 10 pound range for the last year (was 137 a year ago, got down to 127 in January). I am so ready to toss this extra weight! My goal weight is 115-125 (depends on body composition and how I like it). I've really struggled with getting a good routine, but I think with my toddlers (2 and 4) finally actually sleeping through the night it will make things easier to get up before they do to get some exercise in.
