Week 4 check-in
weight and measurements are pretty much the same. I am retaining some water (ring finger) this morning, so it might be masking some wt loss. I was down another 1/2lb mid-week. I won't be logging regularly for the next 3 wks, but I will check-in latter on in August. NSV: I am wearing a skort I haven't worn since 2010.
