Up a bit this week but it will come back off, I know it. Getting below 200 is definitely my current motivation. I haven't been under that in probably 15 years.

MFP SW 256.4 lbs in May 2013
FSC SW 228.0 lbs

07/22: 226.0 lbs
07/29: 219.2 lbs (super sick and couldn't eat, worst cold.sore throat ever!)
08/05: 220.4 lbs (not sure what happened, under every day and had some exercise, must have been the week before messing with me)
08/12: 217.0 lbs (yay, back to losing!)
08/19: 211.6 lbs
08/26: 212.6 lbs

Summer Challenge goal weight = 204 lbs
MFP Goal weight = 145 lbs

Total Loss: 15.4 lbs

    Summer Challenge goal weigh = 152.4 lbs

    End of Week 1 (7/19): 164.0
    End of Week 2 (7/26): 164.0
    End of Week 3 (8/2): 166 have upped my workouts significantly so I am not worried
    End of Week 4 (8/9): 165.2 things are moving back in the right direction, my body is getting used to the increase in workouts =)
    End of Week 5 (8/16): 164.7 A .5 loss =) Things are really going back in the right direction
    End of Week 6 (8/23): 164.0 Finally! took 3 weeks for my body to adjust but things are going to be great from here on out.
