I disappeared the last couple weeks. I had given up a bit on this challenge, but today I decided that was not acceptable, especially since I am the moderator and all. These last few weeks have been challenging. I started a new job that takes a ton of prep, and my lo has not been napping at daycare, so I haven't been able to workout. I am very thankful I am still headed down, even if its a bit slower than I would have originally hoped.

Welcome back, new jobs are super stressful, hang in there!
I'm feeling a bit frustrated with my lack of progress lately on the scale, but I'm still getting rid of some inches so I'm hoping that I'm gaining some muscle with my new 5+ daily mile walk (before my day would maybe be 1/5th of this amount of movement). So I'm just going to stick to it, and make sure my food choices are a bit healthier too.

07/22: 226.0 lbs
07/29: 219.2 lbs (super sick and couldn't eat, worst cold.sore throat ever!)
08/05: 220.4 lbs (not sure what happened, under every day and had some exercise, must have been the week before messing with me)
08/12: 217.0 lbs (yay, back to losing!)
08/19: 211.6 lbs
08/26: 212.6 lbs
09/03: 211.6 lbs heading in the right direction again, got to break the 210 soon and then sights are set on onederland!
09/06: 212.4 lbs (food choices haven't been the best bust still staying under calories, need to change something around I think to lose more of this weight)
Summer Challenge goal weight = 204 lbs
MFP Goal weight = 145 lbs
