I thought I'd get this started early since I know some of you weigh in on Fridays. It seems we are dwindling fast, which I find a bit discouraging. How are you doing? Are you going the right direction? How can we help motivate and support you?

Summer Challenge Start Weight: 164.4 lbs
Summer Challenge goal weigh = 152.4 lbs
End of Week 1 (7/19): 164.0
End of Week 2 (7/26): 164.0
End of Week 3 (8/2): 166 have upped my workouts significantly so I am not worried
End of Week 4 (8/9): 165.2 things are moving back in the right direction, my body is getting used to the increase in workouts
End of Week 5 (8/16): 167.4 A .5 loss Things are really going back in the right direction

I have not forgot about you Been a weird month. I lost 3 pounds initially. Then gained 9 during pms, which I know is alot to do with pms. Lost the 9 pounds this week, which I know is mostly pms but it is gone & ready to start this week off fresh (finally).0

Doing pretty good, can't shake this cold, I swear my daughter brings home every germ she can from daycare and I catch everything.

07/29: 219.2 lbs (super sick and couldn't eat, worst cold.sore throat ever!)
08/05: 220.4 lbs (not sure what happened, under every day and had some exercise, must have been the week before messing with me)

I have been so terribly bad at keeping up at this challenge this month. I've been really super busy at work and trying to train for my tri on Sept 7th. But I've got a few extra minutes today and wanted to check back in:) I am actually losing quicker than I thought I would and its probably due to my tri training!! Yay! I am going on vacation this week but have to continue training while there since the tri is in less than 3 weeks:) I definitely think I'm going to end up crushing my ultimate goal so I'm changing it:)

I have NOT forgotten about this challenge - in fact, it's one of my biggest motivators!!
I haven't been able to post regularly due to my travel schedule. I had a vacation after week 2 and then some traveling for work. Couldn't even find a scale while on vacation!!
So there's a gap between week 2 and 5 - but I definitely want to stay in the group.
