FSC SW 228.0 lbs

07/22: 226.0 lbs
07/29: 219.2 lbs (super sick and couldn't eat, worst cold.sore throat ever!)
08/05: 220.4 lbs (not sure what happened, under every day and had some exercise, must have been the week before messing with me)
08/12: 217.0 lbs (yay, back to losing!)
08/19: 211.6 lbs
08/26: 212.6 lbs
09/03: 211.6 lbs heading in the right direction again, got to break the 210 soon and then sights are set on onederland!
09/09: 212.4 lbs (food choices haven't been the best best still staying under calories, need to change something around I think to lose more of this weight)
09/16: 211.2 lbs (back on track I think)

Summer Challenge goal weight = 204 lbs
MFP Goal weight = 145 lbs

Total Loss: 16.8 lb

    I had a really great week this week - although I usually weigh in on Friday and this week I had to weigh in on Sunday. Sooo.. I did have and extra two days of weight loss factored in. But still, down 1.8!

    FSC SW: 187.6
    FSC GW: 172

    Week 1: 183.6
    Week 2: 181.6
    Week 3-4: ?
    Week 5: 179.2
    Week 6: 178.0
    Week 7: 176.6
    Week 8: 174.8
    Week 9: 173.0

    Total loss: 14.6 :smile:

    gained a little last week but lost all of it this week. Have a cold right now, so I am taking it easy and resting. I really need to get back to my workouts since it has been over 2 weeks since I got a good one in, due to starting work and other family obligations.

    good job everyone on your losses, it is inspiring to read and really does help motivate me!
