Hello, everyone . I hope you're all as excited as I am to start tomorrow! My starting weight is 200 lbs. As of right now I don't have any weight goals. My goals are to become healthier, happier, and to have more energy throughout the day. Haha, I sound so corny. (though I won't mind at all if I do happen to shed some pounds while working on my health )0

Morning ladies!
I am just weaning my 5 month old and am ready for more exercise. I am actually below my pre-pregnancy weight, which doesn't say much!
SW- 234
CW- 204.6
GW- 175
My group goal is to get to 199 or below. I want to be 'one-der' land again!
