    Hey I posted my weight earlier but it was WRONG!! I got a scale from walmart for about 24 bucks today and it keeps giving me different pounds, so I'm taking it back, I'm surprised because its digital

    Hello, everyone :smile:. I hope you're all as excited as I am to start tomorrow! My starting weight is 200 lbs. As of right now I don't have any weight goals. My goals are to become healthier, happier, and to have more energy throughout the day. Haha, I sound so corny. (though I won't mind at all if I do happen to shed some pounds while working on my health :wink:)

    So, just so I am clear....we are doing level 1 for a week?

    Also, just wondering, I posted this w/o as a 20 min high impact aerobic on MFP,...which is only 160 calories, is this correct? Just to make sure I post it correctly.....

    Aerobics sounds fine. I put it in as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    Morning ladies!

    I am just weaning my 5 month old and am ready for more exercise. I am actually below my pre-pregnancy weight, which doesn't say much!

    SW- 234
    CW- 204.6
    GW- 175

    My group goal is to get to 199 or below. I want to be 'one-der' land again!

    I am going to do the workout tonight after work...
