I am soooo glad to be done! I think Im going to sleep in for the next couple of days and then start a new video as my morning workout. Just checking in. Everything still going well. I'm able to do the Natalie version of planks with leg /arm lifts! Kind of proud of that. Hope all is well...only a few more days!

For me anyway! Some of you guys maybe less- I had a rest day i didn't make up for. Level 3 is ace..although pulled shoulder i'm trooping along. don't feel different in weight or inches but next week will tell- comparison photos!

Good Morning, I noticed my back was sore yesterday but didnt know from what...until this morning. Darn supermans! They dont seem so bad until youre over and done with your workout. Good Morning! As the title says...Im kind of over this level. Dont get me wrong...I still can barely do all of the moves, I just need change. Im doing pretty good though.
