Ok, Im a little worried about level 3. I live upstairs so Im very cautious of my movements so that I wont annoy the person underneath me. There seems to be a lot of jumping even doing the anita version. Ive tried to modify but Im not burning as many calories as I did in the other levels. It could also be that I really didnt want to work out this morning. lol. I guess tomorrow I will do what I can with exception to the rockstar jumps. There is no way my neighbor would stand for that!

    I am starting level 3 tomorrow. Hopefully the jumping won't be too tough on the knees. Great Job Cgirly!

    level 3 done! just started today as i was 2 days behind! ok going.... feel bad for the loud jumps- but i actually feel like ive worked out, never did ache after level 2 x

    I just completed day 21. It was the first day I was actually able to do the "Natalie" version on most of sets. I can tell a huge difference in my endurance.
