Just checking in. Everything still going well. I'm able to do the Natalie version of planks with leg /arm lifts! Kind of proud of that.

Hope all is well...only a few more days!

    Such an achievement! well done! I struggle with them as my weights are round and roll! Don't think my core is strong enough to keep it in position?
    I have 5 days left. I'm on day 25! x
