Day 30- Im done!

I am soooo glad to be done! I think Im going to sleep in for the next couple of days and then start a new video as my morning workout. Though I do feel a little bloated this morning, here are my results:

Lost 12 lbs

Waist: 1.5 inches lost
Arms: 1/2 inch lost
Legs: 1/2 inch lost
thighs: 2.5 inches lost
Chest: 3.5 inches lost

I also did about an hour or more of cardio most evenings.

Good Job everyone! I know some have a few more days left which seem to drag...but you can do it!!

    Well done- you really stuck at it!
    I finish Friday as i had a couple of rest days. You're so right about it dragging, but we'll get there. Longest i've ever stuck at a set plan x

    Waist - 2"
    Hips- 1.5"
    Arms -1" (each)
    Thighs -1" (each)
    Chest- same

    down 7.5" and 2lbs. Not much other cardio, 5k once a week. Upping cardio big time now my strength is up!
