Rest days?

I just started Chalean Extreme yesterday. What do you do on rest days? Do you do some other workout or no?

Some days I do, some days I don't.. Right now I'm doing a one hour werq class on wednesdays so I'm essentially doing double cardio so I def take my tues rest day. I've done the extra 30min turbo jam work out on my rest day before .. or went hiking/fishing with the hubs. It basically just depends on my week & how I'm feeling.0

I like to give my body a break so I take the day off from any time of workouts...that doesn't mean I won't take a walk or something...0

When I first started CLX I would do it on a 6 day schedule and only have 1 rest day a week... now I'm a lot busier with the kids so I play the 5 day schedule around my busyness and have the 2 rest days on the days I won't have time. If I have time and have a scheduled rest day I may go for a run or do some yoga and ab work. It's funny because when I had a gym membership, I was lucky if I worked out 3x a week... now I WANT to work out 7 days a week. :-)0
