Good morning everybody! According to the plan today's scheduled workout is:
DAY 15 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1 & QUICK TROUBLE ZONES

I will confess that since I did the whole Trouble Zones yesterday that I think my bod might benefit more from doing 30 Day Shred Level 2. So that is just what I am going to do.

    Just got done with this! I timed it as 48 minutes. First day with 2 videos and it wasn't bad!

    Well I just finished Shred Level 2 and thought a lot of these were repeats from No more Trouble Zones. Congrats to those of you who did 2 Jillian vids back to back. Impressed! Wish I had just gone on and done it.

    I have to say I am dreading this a bit (and future double work outs too!). I took a true rest day yesterday because my body needed it.

    I never want to do a lunge again my goodness :angry: of all the moves to repeat in both DVDs we had to have every variation of a side, forward, backward, flippy lunge possible.

    Well I am proud I got through it and looking forward to just one workout tomorrow.
