That's what I figured. I live right down the street from Trader Joe's, so I'm there a lot more often. Will put this on my list for my next WF run!0 -

I found it at Kroger, in the organic/natural foods area by the peanut/almond butter. I haven't seen it at TJ's.0 -
Yes, it's sooo addicting!!! Goodness!0

I bought a jar last week and tried it for the first time. It's very addicting so much that I may dispose of it.0

What do you eat it with? Or do you just have spoonfuls by the jar?0

Fat bombs?
Melt oil and coconut butter over a bain marie(hot water bath)so u don't destroy the good aspects of the oil/butter with direct heat.
In another bowl, add in the nut butter, cream cheese, coconut(I also add in cinnamon).Pour oil/butter combo over cheese mixture, mix with wooden spoon or beaters.
Take miniature cupcake liners and fill with mixture.
In the fridge for 20 mins or until hardened.
Very good if you are eating high fat/low carb.Works great as a snack but can be addictive!0 -
Agreed! There is a reason it's called "crack butter"! I put it on EVERYTHING: squash, 'magic shell toppings' on cold deserts, broccoli and other veg as well as spreading it on the occasional burger with a little lime and cilantro. Delish.0
