I have been through some setbacks lately, and I have gained 10 pounds. I am at 180. My goal in 40 days is to be at 169. 11 pounds.0

I've always been very secretive and ashamed of my weight since an accident I had in college (2004). This is huge for me to admit "publicly". I feel safe doing this over the internet since everyone in this group has done so. Maybe it's the support I need.
