I'm not doing too great watching what I eat. Some days are good others aren't. Anyone else in the same boat?

It has been hard for me also. I have been trying my best by getting my food together for the nexr day or two and keeping fruits and vegetables around instead of chips. I brought chocolate at the store this week so i have been eating those and caved in and had pizza hut last night. It is hard but i just try to do better everyday and try to exercise it off so I dont feel too bad.0

I've been eating way too much. I thought starting small would help but maybe I haven't started small enough. Maybe I need to do it day by day...0

I have good days and bad days, I know that if I get really down on myself I will have a setback so I try to think of one good thing I did that day.0
