Rest Days

When is everyone planning on (if at all) taking their rest days?
Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may take one! LOL I plan on doing 2-3 days then take 1 rest day. However with that being said, I also know that I am more likely to do workouts on weekdays, but I am not sure I could handle 5 days in a row, and taking 2 days off.
Just curious what everyone will be doing!

I don't plan on doing rest days.
I say PLAN.. doesn't mean that's what is going to happen. LOL0 -
Same for me. Don't plan to take any days off. But maybe give myself a treat and take one a couple times in the next 30 days.0

Thanks for asking this.
I plan to rest from the video every third day, but will continue to stretch and walk daily.
This is my first time trying 30DS and I haven't done any running or strenuous exercise in nearly 2 years (after 2 sports-related injuries).0 -
I'm not doing rest days. For me 30 days is 30 days and I'm going to push through it. If I did take a day I wouldn't pro-rate it either, if you get my meaning.0

Im not sure what you mean by prorate?! I still plan on doing 10 days of each level. Even though it is called 30 day shred, from everything I have read, rest days are intended to be in there.0

I take things really literally sometimes. She says 30 day shred and she says see you tomorrow. I'm there!0

Didn't plan on taking rest days, but sometimes your body will force you to take them lol. I plan on doing it tonight, but may have to modify the exercises myself, or do a hell of a lot more stretching. BUT co worker said whatever I'm doing is working so far. Motivated!0
