Sad excuses
So I was traveling this week. I took the DVD with me, but the hotel room didn't have a DVD player in it. I did go to their "gym" and get on the elliptical and treadmill twice this week, so not a total loss. Starting Level 3 Tomorrow
I am starting Level 3 tomorrow. Other than a sore knee, I am feeling pretty good. The end of level 2 is still a real challenge.
I'm Out
I'm out of this challenge because I have jacked up my knee. Er Dr said she is 90% sure I have torn my meniscus but we wnt know for sure til an MRI can be performed as that doesnt show on Xrays. I am out of commission for a MINIMUM of 3 weeks (more if surgery is required). In the meantime i am in a knee immobilizer and am…

Ok... I have setup a meal plan for tomorrow. If i go by that .... with the only thing changing (daily so i dont get bored) is the lunch/afternoon meal... would that be sufficient?(as far as macro's goes i think it looks ok) I need structure... badly. Thanking Jillian
Started strength training with my trainer this morning, she was impressed by how well I did. I felt the burn but her exercises weren't as bad as I envisioned. I am thanking Jillian right now cause if it wasnt for her program I prob would not have made it as far as I did and done as well.
Starting again after rest
Ok, so I'll be back at it tonight after resting for about a week. My knees are feeling better and I will do the modified lunges to help protect against the problems I was having. I'll also incorporate cardio on a treadmill or elliptical for about 30 minutes as well (AFTER Jillian of course). Hope everyone is doing well.
