So I was traveling this week. I took the DVD with me, but the hotel room didn't have a DVD player in it. I did go to their "gym" and get on the elliptical and treadmill twice this week, so not a total loss.
I'll start back with Jillian again tomorrow. <sigh> I know it's going to be as bad as the first day I did it. Oh well. Try, try again...

How did it go? Was it as bad as you thought? Hope not...
I missed the entire weekend due to lots of company in town (and, of course, celebratory eating). Back to Level 2 tonight!1 -
I tried to do it again, but my right knee immediately said no. So I went back to the gym and got on the elliptical and treadmill. Looks like it's no impact for me for a while.0

I started level 3 today. I think level 3 is easier on the knees so far. Good job trying to stay with it everybody!0

That's positive, at least. I can't wait to get to Level 3 (I think). Level 2 is a beast.0
