I am starting Level 3 tomorrow. Other than a sore knee, I am feeling pretty good. The end of level 2 is still a real challenge.

    Congrats to you! Keep going!

    Is anyone feeling differently now that we are well into the challenge? I have more energy and feel a little stronger (despite strain on my wrist)--that alone is worth it!
