Starting again after rest

Ok, so I'll be back at it tonight after resting for about a week. My knees are feeling better and I will do the modified lunges to help protect against the problems I was having. I'll also incorporate cardio on a treadmill or elliptical for about 30 minutes as well (AFTER Jillian of course). Hope everyone is doing well.

    I need to get back at it as well, I rested my foot, then got to not feeling well. Time to get serious again.
