Hey everyone! How are you doing?
I haven't done 30DS in a few days. My wrists were really hurting after Level 2. I'm going back to Level 1 today and will try Level 2 again when I'm feeling better. For now, I've started a squat challenge and am still walking and visiting the gym.

I was so sore in the beginning that I couldn't stay with a daily 30ds challenge. I also started a squat challenge, rollerblade, do a HIIT jump rope routine, mostly for variety. I have intermittently thrown in the 30DS and technically completed Day 6 today lol.0
