Total body circuit DONE!!! Is anyone else doing other workouts along with the t25?

Awesome job...sticking to it!! I'm glad your a bit ahead of me because it keeps me motivated when somebody else is commited.
I go to a local NFL bootcamp in our local town once a week. It is with a retired NFL player and he kicks our butts for an hour. So yesterday I did T25 in the a.m. and that in the P.M. I found a problem with that though...you have to corrdinate well because yesterday he did leg focus at boot camp. Today I had Lowerbody Focus. My T25 felt a little less then parr because my legs hurt so bad from yesterday. Also my husband is doing Asylumn. So I may do a double on his Strength day to get some weights in. I know that a lot of people on the facebook challenge group I joined are keeping some P90X in their routine. There seems to be some concern about loss of muscle or worry about building muscle. T25 is my main focus...if the mood hits me I do a double. 1 week down today for me!!!0
