Easy day today only 100 squats. Im going for a long walk and then doing my squats. Have a great day

Not exactly sure why, but this day was HARD for me. I finally did them way late into the early morning hours, even out here!
But it seemed like such a struggle. I have been noticing I am *consistently* pretty low on potassium... iron low but not as bad. Are there any supplements I can add to my diet, or does this warrant a visit to the doctor for a script? Any ideas??0 -

I don't take supplements so can't recommend anything suitable for you to take. I suggest you search the internet for the foods high in potassium and iron and add them to your diet. Going to your doctor is a good idea. Perhaps he/she can refer you to a dietitian.
