    Oh, the bad knees - I empathize. I had the meniscus completely removed in 1976.thats just what they did back then. So it's been bone on bone for years and boy does it ache at times. I can't do any high impact work so it's walking on the treadmill (at an incline) or spin class for me. I live in AZ, so you'd think I'd be in the pool all the time but somehow I'm not.

    Hang in there-- any activity is better than no activity.
