Well, I started a second round yesterday and I FEEL AMAZING!!! I am using heavier weights this time around (8s & 10s) depending on the moves. I can't believe even after being out of commission for almost 2 months that I am WAY stronger this time around. Most of the moves are a cakewalk compared to the first round. I love that I can bump up my weights and I add the advanced moves to almost everything! YAY!!!
Anyone else start JMBR yesterday? I'm not going to guarantee that I am going to do every workout every day like I did the last time, but I'm going to try. I am very close to my goal weight and really happy with where I am at,so I am just wanting some definition and strength back.
I took my measurements this morning and although my weight is almost exactly where it was when I finished my first round, after the time off from working out (at all), I have gained inches - like a lot!!! around 1 1/2 inches hips, stomach & chest I want to get those numbers back down.
Also, I will not be eating Jillian's recommended 1200 this time. First of all, I'm not wanting to lose weight and second of all, I have been doing 5:2 (possibly 6;1) and I love it and will continue on that. I have chosen to do this mainly in support of someone else, but I like it and it works well for me.

I started my 2nd round of JMBR yesterday as well. I finished my first round on Saturday and decided not to take a break in between rounds. My first round I ended up losing 7 inches and 7 lbs. I as well noticed that I could rock out phase 1 now with all the advanced moves and the heavier weights. I seriously love this program. I never feel bored and it is only 30 minutes a day which works great for me and my schedule. Keep kicking *kitten* peeps0

Started my second round several weeks ago and using 10lbs for everything. It is so much easier this time around. I love that I can really push myself. It is nice to own those burpees.0

I started my 2nd round last Monday. It is amazing how strong you feel after finishing JMBR. I love being able to do the modified moves in the first two weeks.0

WHEW I am sore today!!! I have done a run/walk both days and used 8s & 10s for my workouts and I am not just feeling it, my upper body is sore to the touch! lol - and I LOVE IT!!!!0

Me too! But my1st cardio is in the bag!!
Durning the last running feet... Anitia's abs are a bit much!
And to think on the Shred I was envious..0
