i was going to wait till i was done clx ( started lean for life phase yesterday) but instead i am starting the full course of t25 as of monday. I did a trial the other day of the cardio one and it was easier then i ever expected. still tough but so doable. I am nervous what the other discs are like though .... so what i decided to do is do the full 10 weeks of t25 and then do lean for life for the rest of the year. I hope i don't lose any of my muscle definition i gained from clx, as it didn't shred me like i thought, i still have body fat i need to lose, and i have a feeling t25 will do that

Sounds good...remember T25 is only 25 minutes so if the mood hits you can always do a double

that is true, since clx is about 30 min if i have a extra 25 min hanging around, i can always throw that in after....
i know monday will be fine since i have already done that one but when tues come, pray for me,lol...0
