I had a great first week, considering some hormone issues.

Weight down 1/2 pound....not great but I will take it.
Chest down 1/4 inch
Waist down 1/2 inch
Arms no change
Thigh down 1/4 inch.

How did ya'll do?

    Awesome! I was going to start on Monday the 15th...but I couldn't wait I had to get started on Friday. So my week one will end on Tuesday.

    Worked out for an hour and 45 minutes today. I was supposed to start with Alpha...work through that...then go to Beta and work through that...I started with Beta and did that 25 minutes, then did Alpha's 25 minutes. There is a bit of jumping and my feet actually got tired. I think my knees will be okay. The jumping is little jumps and if it got too much I modified it. My burpees were slower than theirs, but so far, I like it! It cracked me up when I realized I was doing Beta, but I was already 10 minutes into it and wasn't going to stop.

    Week one D.O.N.E...down 3.6 lbs but I measured the same. :(

    Blah.... how is that even possible? I must of lost it from my feet and hands lol
