                    Has anyone done both?  If so, which is better for toning up?

            I was thinking of trying Chalean Extreme after I finish JMBR. Sorry, no help, but I would be interested in hearing how they compare also.0

            I have used both programs.
 It depends on where you are with BF%...are you trying to lose more weight or are you strictly toning?
 My thoughts...JMBR is a HIIT program and would be better if you still have over aprox. 10 lbs to lose. The combination of cardio and weights will help lose weight. CLX is a weight training program, and would be better if you have less than aprox. 10 lbs to go. The cardio is not that great, more of a maintenance cardio.

            I, too, plan to do Chalean when I'm done with JMBR. I'm behind w/Jillian because C25K has taken priority, but I had some great toning with JMBR. I can actually see that my clothes are getting a little tighter since I've slacked off, even though I'm not going up in pounds. I see Chalean more as a way to refine the toning when I'm done w/JMBR.0
