I've been at this MFP thing for a while. I know that my eating habits need to change in this 40 day challenge. I get plenty of exercise in doing martial arts four days a week. However, the challenges are just a fun way to break up the routine. I may try to stop eating carbs like my sister...she has consistently lost a pound a week in her journey.0 -
