Pork Rind "breading"

Has anyone bought pork rinds and pound them to make breading? Possibly to coat your breaded chicken strips or pork chops?

    Yes, I made "breaded" chicken strips just last week. I used plain pork rinds, salt, pepper and garlic. I ground the pork rinds with my magic bullet blender. Dipped the chicken in butter, then the breading, and then fried them. They turned out quite yummy! However, the leftovers weren't that great because the breading got soggy.
