OMG! 150 squats done in 3 x 50 :happy:
I was out shopping yesterday and tried on some light coloured cotton trousers but I wasn't happy with how my bum looked in them (or maybe I had just had on the wrong underwear). I thought "my bum needs more work" before I'm happy wearing cotton trouser. So today I really put more effort into each squat and boy did I really feel it.
Feel it people, we can do it :happy:

Not quite sure how I managed this but I did 3 sets of 50! :noway: :noway: :noway: Someone quick, bring me a stretcher!!

OMG I had a dream that we were doing 360 today. What the heck? I was like freaking out in my dream. I had done 225 and was dying lol. All I could think was I have to do it. lol Bad dream0

Still a little sick so I'm glad I have this challenge to at least keep me doing something. I've got 100 in and will finish my 50 right after work. We're past the halfway mark guys! Keep it up!0

Awww, man.... I totally thought we had to do 130 today. I was so proud, I did 4x25 and 2x15, got home, went to long... And then stood up and did 20 more....
Anyway, I have been trying some squat variations, it helps break up the monotony.0 -

Before I left this morning I did my squats I broke it up in three it was tough my legs were still fatigued from yesterday I did 130 I can see a difference my butt looks a little rounder and since I missed three days, I'm not following the rest days.0
