I just started BR, but I know a lot of the ladies that are doing JMBR with me are on their second rotation. It seems like once people complete the program, they want to do it over.

Extreme Shed & Shred Level 2 or Levels 1&2 together are a good follow up. Doing them back-to-back kicks my *kitten*! I also like Hard Body Level 2. Phase 3 of Body Revolution is much harder than a lot of Jillian workouts. I know that from my own experience of finishing and trying to create my own routine mixing up her other videos. I'm now repeating Phase 3 since it's the most challenging. I know that a few of my "friends" have followed it up with Insanity. I think I would miss Jillian too much. LOL.

I did a rotation of Six Week Six Pack, Killer Buns and Thighs and Ripped in 30 (each 2x/week for six weeks). Then I started another round of JMBR with heavier weights...using 12lb weights now on most exercises and boy does it make a difference!
    Good luck!

I am on my las week of JMBR and I plan on starting it over immediately next week. I am excited to re do month 1 and 2 and see how heavy I can go with the weights and breeze through all the stuff that I thought was so hard the first time around. If I can do "Wheel Push Ups" I can do anything :) Keep up the good work everyone!! :drinker:

I am only up to phase 2 but I am thinking what I'll do after this. I'd like to get P90X a go but I really like the idea of JM workouts only being 35 minutes long instead of an hour. I also think I will redo with heavier weights.

I notice your original post is almost a month ago - What did you decide on?

Some people have done Chalean Extreme- using heavy weights.
