Sorry I'm posting late. I found this in the morning and wanted to get it to you all but things just got busy. Here's a exercise that came from Chalene Johnson's Instagram this morning for the Booty Blaster - 20 min workout

Hamstring lifts 12 reps 3x
*20 push ups
Lunges 12 reps 3x
*15 push ups
Squats 12 reps 3x
*12 push ups
Travel lunges 16 strides 3x
*10 push ups

Are you up for it?!?

    I will give it a try, but I hate push ups too!
    I will add that to my workout routine today.

    I'm not a big push up fan either but man are they good for you!
