Calorie challenge?
Does anyone fancy a bit of a calorie challenge this week? I've just finished ripped in 30 and want to make sure I keep my exercise levels up - so my goal for this week from today until Sunday is 2500 calories. Anyone else want to work towards that?

Happy Monday!!! Today's question of the day is what is your favorite cardio workout and why? Exercise challenge: 40 bicep curls 20 per arm 5-8 lb weights my favorite cardio is turbo for sure but I'm starting to enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with running :)
