they say it takes 21 days to develop a habit...do you feel like this is becoming lifestyle yet?
exercise - shoulder presses - stand with your hands by your sides holding 3-5 pound weights on each hand. bend your arms and position your hands in front of your shoulders, palms facing forwards. raise you arms above your head until they are straight. slowly lower and repeat for 20

Love the shoulder presses! It was tougher than I expected after a long work day!
As far as routine goes, there are some changes I've made that I don't think twice about anymore. For example, my shopping list stays pretty consistent. It always starts with fruits and veggies now. And there have been a couple of sleepy mornings when I've completed a workout and thought "hey, did I really just do that?" But I wouldn't say it's quite routine just yet. Lol0
