Good morning all! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.

the question of the day is what food(s) do you eat when you're having your "cheat"?

workout challenge is to complete 15 squats in addition to your regular routine - easy peasy




Oh and my treat is usually pizza or cake related :)

    Ice cream and or chocolate. Those are my standards and favorites.

    Pasta...and bread...

    Will knock out some squats later..need to recover from Ashtanga...awesome practice this morning!!

    Strong cheese - but try to limit myself to an iddy-widdy bit, love 'posh' crisps too but not buying them at the moment :)

    Not sure I can move after moving up to week 3 of ripped in 30 in the last few days but will try and do the squats later...
